Spicy Plum Chutney


  • In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients over medium heat. Bring to a boil.
  • Simmer, stirring occasionally, about 35-40 minutes or until reduced by a third.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking 10 minutes or until chutney is a syrupy consistency, stirring frequently to make sure chutney does not burn.
  • Serve with grilled chicken or pork.
