Creamy Peach  Breakfast Quinoa

DIRECTIONS

  • In medium saucepan, combine milk, peaches, cinnamon and salt; bring to a boil.
  • Add quinoa and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve with a dollop of yogurt, if desired.
